• Dip the coated cheese stick into the beaten eggs, making sure it's fully coated.
• Roll the cheese stick in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to make sure it's well coated.
• Place the coated cheese stick on a plate or baking sheet. 
• In a deep pan or skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
• One or two cheese sticks at a time should be carefully dropped into the hot oil and fried for two to three minutes, or until golden brown and crispy
• After taking the fried cheese sticks out of the oil, set them on a tray covered with paper towels to absorb extra oil
• Present the warm cheese sticks beside marinara sauce for dunk.
